The Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority (GBRA) is requesting sealed bids or sealed proposals from qualified, responsible service providers for the items listed below. GBRA's procurement and professional service engagement policies provide for open, fair, and competitive procurement practices with equal opportunity for all vendors. All qualified firms including Small, Minority, and Women Owned Businesses are encouraged to submit proposals.

The GBRA is a political subdivision of the State of Texas to develop, store and protect the water resources of the Guadalupe River Basin for the benefit of its residents. Occasionally as a way to keep the public informed, GBRA may post official notices — sometimes as a requirement of the state or as part of GBRA’s activities in management of the basin’s resources.
